Doesn't the FCC control and have authority over the frequencies that the drones use?
My understanding FCC would first have to sign off before an Ag spray drone can be imported into the country. Once that happens, then the FAA is the Gov agency that is control of Ag spray Drones.
The current situation would be like the guy's cell phone in the video. His cell phone that was purchased in 2019 and approved by FCC before it was allowed to be sold still works , even with FCC banning future sales of cell phones from that company in the USA.
