I don't think it's right to have the guys behind the sorting doors acting as buyers as well. If you're sale help be sale help, if you have customers who have given you orders be a buyer. But don't be both it seems fishy.

I am convinced that barns where owners and employees bid and buy, have more cattle and a wider range of cattle quality to chose from. I don't mind bidding against my friends that own or manage sale barns.
