Ft. Ripley MN | He’s talked about it several times, it’s cheaper for him to maintain the equipment he has and to keep it going. I think they go up to 25 miles one way hauling feed and manure with the trucks. Can’t speak to much about the trucks but all the tractors he has.. they see 1000-1500 hours a year I can’t imagine the cost of rolling them frequently plus the depreciation on top…
Maintenance isn’t free but neither is rolling equipment. A set of wrenches has the potential to make you money | |
