North of London | Kids gave me an Apple watch a few years ago.
Have an Iphone
I know it has a bunch of health stuff and it tells me every week I have less than 2% AFIB.
I really don't pay much attention to the health stuff but it tells me I forgot my phone when I get about a kilometre down the road.
Has sent me home a couple times to get the phone when I was rushing away on a longer trip
It also rattles my wrist when phone rings which helps when I am in noisy conditions with earplugs.
It has 'threatened'to call for help when it thought I had fallen but often that is just me hammering something so I have cancelled those things quickly.
I can read messages coming in on phone and then decide if i need to stop doing something to deal with message immediately or not.
Probably lots of other things that I have not found in the past several years wearing it.
It does need charging about every 24 hours so charge it every night so don't know if it records anything about sleep
I have been known to call it a stupid watch at times when it talks to tell me the time and i never asked or it sets off a timer that I did not request.
Probably lots of things it could do if i studied up on how to get them done but does all I need for now.
Used to use the phone for a watch. | |
