NW IL | I'm not sure why the social media farmers get so much hate from other farmers.
They diversified their income, same as starting a tiling business or selling seed.
Not that different from folks on HGTV really.
Or for older folks, This Old House was/is a real renovation business, not just a TV show.
Zach has said publicly on podcasts that without his YouTube money he would really struggle to be buy the farm from his dad.
And I don't see his race cars being that much different than the guys that are deep in tractor pulling.
I say congratulations to anyone who wants to go public with their operation and face the keyboard fanatics and try to educate the 300 million people in the US that will never set foot on a farm. | |
