Seed Cost--ridiculous. Fert price-ridiculous machinery ridiculous parts ridiculous. Fert might be the only of these that actually eb and flow and could at some point correct itself somewhat. I mean at some point does the market have to get above break even despite supply and demand or do the big companies actually lower prices of inputs. What gives? Ugly 2025, 2026 looks as ugly...
Take a look at conventional corn, saw not only extremely positive ROI between my conventional plot vs. my traited plots but also tremendous bushel difference. Reason the big seed companies don't put the conventional version vs. a double or triple stack version in plots, they don't make as much money off the conventional version. |
