Gypsum (SO4/Gypsoil) and Elemental sulfur are your two fall sulfur options, in my opinion. Both are good sources but affect the soil differently as well as release differently. I would encourage you to look into both and make a decision that suits your ground. Cliff notes in my experience are: Gypsum better availability especially through early growing season vs elemental. Elemental obviously can be most cost effective per unit of S, but can have acidifying effect on soil. Gypsum can provide some great soil structure benefits with the calcium it also has, but the benefit of that depends on soil type etc. So yeah, see what works best for your situation. Foliar in season could also be worth playing around with depending on your situation.. foliar S and K are typically steady performers in my experience.
