That's not a huge 80x150 storage shed so be very careful if you are going to use any heating source that is not vented to the outside to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
If you put in a ceiling of some sort, an infrared heater on top of a 20 lb grill bottle will probably thaw off your equipment, but even those can use up your oxygen quickly enough.
