I've got a 2011 9670 with not many more hours than that. Yes it will start to need some attention soon if it hasn't been done already. In my opinion, you get a lot of combine for the money they are bringing right now and if you do the work to it you know what you have and when it will likely need attention again later. I've done my feederhouse floor, chain, and guides last year, along with a feed accelerator rebuild while the feederhouse was off. Probably looking at unload screws for next year. If you keep up on them they will treat you right and last a long time. I plan to keep rebuilding this one unless I win the lottery, then all bets are off! | |
