$625 is a little over 2 cents on 30k bushel of corn. In this fake scenario that's not even enough to cover the 250k borrowed. If a guy had to borrow at a bank for 1 month at a bank while waiting for the government to open it shouldn't kill him. If it does they may have other problems.....
