Wisconsin | Wow, I saw the news but not the info on the fire before takeoff, or the huge fire where it crashed. I was speculating that it was an unavoidable random engine failure, seeing it's an old aircraft, and no other obvious risks like birds, terrorism etc. Have read other speculation/unconfirmed info that it was delayed two hours for that engine having issues, and put back in service 2.5 weeks ago from heavy maintenance. | |
