Leave the areas you load trucks on alone.    You don't want those areas soft, you're probably going to load trucks there again next fall.   Who cares if you take a 20-50 bpa yield hit (corn) on a half acre.

For the grain cart paths, an inline ripper would be the tool of choice if you feel you must do something.
