From memory, a vehicle has to have registration to be driven off the lot, a vehicle cannot get temporary Massachusetts tags unless the dealer goes to the courthouse after a buyer has been identified, and temporary out of state tags cannot be used. California has weird emissions laws to for driving a vehicle out.
Basically don't fly to Mass or Cali expecting to purchase a vehicle and drive it back. | |
