Á lawnmower with snowblower? You have old tarps? Neighbor with grain trucks? But a few old tarps. I am guessing ceiling 8’ high max? Those old roll tarps should be near 9’? Set location put ceiling plywood. 2x4 fastened to ceiling with tarp hanging down. Put pipe for weight. Heck fasted pipe to one side for door. Make a 6’ wide, by 12’ long *tent* most any heater should warm that area inside Á semi insulated garage. 40k knipco likely too much heat.
