Nusbaum Farms LLC Bellfountain, OR | I don't feel like I know your layout well enough to suggest where you put the smaller door but I agree you need one. Our shop is 124x60 with large doors at each end plus one side has a large door at the middle. It's frustrating to bring a pickup or forklift in and effectively lose all our heat. Really wish we had one small door like you suggest.
I also agree with the poster above who suggested that you add at least one more man door. We have three and I wish we had one more.
