Have an old, old detached garage, 24x16. Roof is peaked and pretty high 10-12ft @ peak, has an insulated garage door, i think there is some insulation behind walls. Just want to heat to keep above freezing for a few hours once in awhile to dethaw snow equipment. Has 120 and 240, lp tank is right next to it. Can get negative 30-40 at times, Northeast Iowa
