Hooker Twp,Ne | Talked to local district seed salesman this evening. Asked how corn and bean plots were doing this year compared to last. Corn down in yield and beans slightly higher. Surprised me. Rust must of been worse then thought. What’s interesting we recieved nice arc/plc payment for 2024 mainly due to low yields. Personally I cant complain about our yields this year. Rains just in time. Very timely rains with no subsoil moisture to start. Maybe just got lucky and planted right varieties. ????? | |
