Your nap time is costing your workers 130 hours a year. Between the 130 hours extra the the 80 hours a week you don’t value your workers time outside of work. Wife has been involved in a blueberry packing facility. The migrants get owly if you work them 7 days a week. 6 is fine 7 is ugly.
