Pittsburg, Kansas | I have not done much adjusting till just yesterday when we first upped our dosage to 10,000. And yes the pills we use have K2 also so the K2 also is increased. When we had quit taking the D3 because of our good exposure to sunlight we often kept taking K2 seperately, at least recently. One thing about D3/K2 si the pills cost about the same whether it is K2 alone, D3 alone or a combination pill. It is almost like it costs about so much to produce a pill and bottle and sell it and the cost of the contnts must be minimal. So it is about the same cost for any of the three pills, K2 doesn't seem to be a big worry about over dosage, so it was always just economical to take the combination pill so that is what we usually did (used to take drops then changed to pills).
As far as magnesium have been taking that in various forms and amounts for over 5 years now (as well as some potassium). So I presume we are getting enough? Damned if I know. It all seeme like a crap shoot to me. Absolutely no one should do anything just because I do it. Do your own due dilligence. Heck I can't even spell, let alone know what to eat or supplement.
Here is what we have been using for the last few years. https://www.amazon.com/Liposomal-Vitamin-D3-MK7-Supplement/dp/B08X4V... Not recomending it, just what we use. Five cents a day for 5,000 IU's or a dime a day for what we are taking now.
Edit: I just noticed I could have ordered the 10,000 D3 and 200 K2 for 7 cents a pill instead of taking two of the 5000 D3/100 K2 for a nickle a pill. I did not even notice they had different strengths. We have just used the 5000/100 pills for a few years now. Probably about 4 years. I guess the 5000/100 gives us flexibility to take one or two.
