LiFePO4 batteries are cheap now and can take a lot of abuse. I'd get one and then tap into the trailer towing circuit to keep it topped up.

Unless you have specific 120VAC loads in mind, I'd skip any inverters or 120VAC and stick with 12VDC. You can buy tool battery chargers that are 12VDC native.

A battery tender is not a bad idea, especially if you have a lot of stuff to keep charged.
