The only reason to change is if you can’t resist spending money. Soybeans do pretty well regardless of your planter. I would love a Kinze split row planter, but have planted for more than a decade with a 15” Hiniker seeder no till. The neighbors all have fancy 15” planters and do tillage for soybeans. From talking with them, their yields are no better than ours.
