So, I'm curious. China is buying a fraction of the beans that they used to buy. Ok. Great. 

Trump puts on Tariff's. China counter Tariff's. Trump puts on huge port charges. China reciprocates with port charges. 

Trump engages in Trade negotiations.

China agrees to buy less beans(apparently) than they were buying before. They apparently take of SOME of the restrictions on Rare Earths that weren't even in place before the tariff war started.

Who won? 

No jobs are coming to America over any of this. 

We lost access to some products. 

Chinese still have access to what they want. 

I mean, it doesn't look like we actually gained anything here.
