| I’m guessing his rent was way below the going area rate. The kids now have seen what is happening and feel he was taking advantage of the parents.
This just recently took place in our AO. Local well known seed salesman tied up a farm for 10 years at $100 per acre with older widow. She passed and the kids were stuck with a rent that barely paid taxes. They didn’t sell it, just waited out the contract and are now getting 3x the original amount.
