I did basically the same thing. Over the course of a few years, kinda worked in sections. Worked out pretty well.

We used ICFs then 3 courses of block to fill in between them and the sill. Hindsight being 20/20, doing it again, I would do 2 pours with ICFs all the way up, and just form around the I beams, and make chutes into the ICFs to fill them. Trying to do it all in one pour through small chutes would be slow, and impossible to vibrate
