If you're rear tires are on narrow rows spin them out wide. A bottle jack on top of the 3pt housing will catch the back of the cab to lift it. The back bolts have nuts. The front bolts screws into a threaded block. I usually use a tall bottle jack to do the fronts one side at a time. Not a bad job, no need to unhook anything if you just go up enough to remove mounts. An impact with a swivel helps.
