Excess fertility is irrelevant EXCEPT for the fact that you can have zero P and K expense in your remaining crop year (assuming you didn't fall apply anything already this year.
Figure out your expected net profit (based on your lower fertilizer cost mentioned above) and ask for that as a cash buyout.
