There are lots of changes this year, and in every state and even county, plans are
different with each insurance provider.  
The important thing is your personal situation and health.  If you are healthy, without
a lot of needs, there are plans that fit your situation. If you have lots of issues, diabetes,
and more you will need to choose a different plan.  Some plans are medical only and
a separate drug plan, usually under $10. per month makes sense. 

Complicated, yes it is.  But with a good agent's advice, easy to compare and choose.
