ottertail co mn | 54 and with 8 hours of sleep never need a nap. If I have 4 or 5 nights in a row with 5-6 hours of sleep a nap on Sunday afternoon feels good. I push myself pretty hard compared to most 54 year old people in the US.
I quit drinking a lot of pop, couple cans a week and no booze anymore so I feel better than when I was 40. I do get more stiff when I do activities that I normally don’t though

We got a new bed about 5 years ago and that made the biggest difference in my life on how I sleep. Best $5k I have ever spent on a materialistic item
