west-byGod-Pa. | You may have nutrient deficiencies: they are quite common-some are almost endemic to certain locales, because of mineral shortages in local soils. I have read/watched reports of serious magnesium, selenium, iodine, potassium shortages. The “ goiter-belt” is a region from “ maybe” eastern. Minnesota down through the belly of the Great Lakes up into New York State where medical authorities have determined a serious lack of iodine in the normal diet.
Blood tests CAN show some deficiencies BUT many of the most common blood tests are incorrect: ones for magnesium being one of them. Reason for fault, is that the body will pull magnesium out of the bones in order to keep blood magnesium balanced, thus incorrect test. This whole issue of human health is maddeningly complicated: we are not all the same! Because the medical establishment has willingly , purposefully ignored human nutrition , we all suffer to one degree or another because of some factor overlooked by orthodox medicine. | |
