I can see that. What I can't seem to get my head around is why people infer that Biden was responsible for the higher prices we experienced. Sure, corn and beans were much higher but from what I can tell that was the result of Covid and Ukraine. Maybe I'm wrong about that and if so I'll take my lumps. But no one has really given me a good answer as to why I'm wrong.
To be clear, I am no huge Trump fan. I can think of many people I would rather have leading this country. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are not two of those people.
Facts and figures and charts. Shows Chinas imports and from countries ( yes Ukraine). NASS had production chart ( 2022 was a tight year as 2019 and 2020 were low also). I dont have worldwide supply and demand since corn is openly traded. China was also ramping up pork production as it was still recovering from swine flu. More pigs more feed.
Supply is not elastic but demand is.
Biden does not control the corn market. Yes I imagine some with problem supply chains. Still supply and demand.
