Vilsack spoke at Commodity Classic and it was one of the oddest speeches I thought.
Things were going fairly well at the time and he got up there and basically chastised the group for doing well and that it was our fault that not everyone in the big cities could farm.
He was focused on getting Hmong farmers garden areas and rooftop gardens in the cities etc
I should have went home and sold the next 2–3 crops because it was pretty obvious in his speech that his marching orders were not favorable towards the 5% of the population that provides 90+% of the production |
