Yes, I replaced a 20' long section of foundation about a month ago. I used a bottle jack and concrete blocks and wood and made a temporary support under the crawlspace. Then mix up some type s mortar and put the bricks back in place. There are foundation repair companies that could come in and replace with concrete blocks if the whole foundation is bad. If you have just areas where the mortar is loose, I would just scrape out the loose mortar and put new mortar back in place.
