Do away with the FSA then. Having them run crop insurance is crazy, having a good agent to help you make decisions has a tremendous amount of value.
No need for crop insurance companies. FSA could administer it instead of private companies. Cost could be reduced a bunch. Still would have independent agents to sell it. Cut agent pay in half as all agent would do is sell it and turn in claims. Acres and production would be reported to FSA. Independt adjusters would be used to adjust claims.
