n. Illinois | your correct I get the Sterling land report and Class A soils sales in the last report averaged $13,798/ac vs. the avg of last year of $16.428/ac or the YTD 2025 avg of $15,876/ac. Down 18% over 2024 but one report doesn't make a trend and the Class B soils avg. $12,159/ac in the last report vs. last years $12,418/ac which is not a significant difference.
