NE Nebraska | Looks like lots of land for sale this week in Nebraska. 3600 some acres In Dakota and Dixon counties by the peoples company, 1700 some acres in Wayne and pierce counties by farmers national, and Big iron has a fair amount of sales this week also. Just wonder since there's large amounts of acres for sale will the market Adjust to more of a decent roi than its been? It's gonna take a lot of buyers shelling out millions to buy that much land. We'll find out I guess but I was wondering what others have thought about having this much land come onto the market at once.
What will all this land bring on auction?
