ncia		In the last year, I upgraded from Quickbooks pro to Quickbooks online. Everyone seems to dislike the subscription, but everything else I looked at was subscription based and had its pros and cons. I use the most basic version and almost none of its features except the ledger function and the reports it can create.

My accountant has several staff Quickbooks experts and I paid them to do my data migration. They had some issues but got that job done. Money well spent for me. They also did about a half hour of tutoring and I had 2 or3 calls and 2 or 3 emails. I think it’ll be ok.

Quickbooks makes a big deal about their support but I would rate that as “fair”. The couple times that I contacted them, they first wanted to “upsell” me the next advanced version.
