AR Plowboy - 10/29/2025 08:57 When we have cabbage we raise in the garden we eat a lot of it cooked in a large skillet with either bacon or smoked sausage. Use very little added liquid as the cabbage will cook out it's own. Use some chicken broth for liquid if you have it. Sometimes some onion in it. We missed raising a Spring garden but have cabbage broccoli and cauliflower growing now. The good thing about fresh cabbage is it stores well in refrigeration.
