I inquired a few years ago to ship some breeding bulls. If I recall it is not that easy.
The big angus guys
(peak dot and 6 mile
) send a lot of bulls south at there sales. They would know. Can’t be that hard. Years ago you just needed a vet certificate to ship fats. Not sure now.
Would think breeding animals would need to go through some sort of quarantine like pets and horses and most other stuff require.
