I can't speak for the drier areas of the plains that typically deal with moisture shortages. But for the prairie potholes where prevent plant is a common thing, changing or ending swampbuster restrictions and wetland easement restrictions would go a long ways to reducing indemnity payments in regards to prevent plant
Fed crop ins, should we really abandoned it.
