A few years ago a thousand IU's would have been considered a high or mega dose. Ideas have sure changed on dosage.Wife and I personally took 5000 a day for a few years (along with K2 in the same pill).
Where overdoses come into play is usually hundreds of times that amount or many times that amount daily over a long period of time.
Too much water will also do a person in. Almost anything in excess is not good. The question is, how much is too much? It appears it takes a lot more than what was thought just a few years ago to be an excessive, health damaging amount.
Thanks for the link. Very interesting. Worth the watch if a person was thinking of very high dosage for some medical disease treatment situation.
