Central Nebraska | First off I’m by no means an expert and this is just my opinion. I think it depends. I would guess species selection and timing would be critical in 30”. Same with the regrowth after chopping, species and weather would be your major factors. I’ve never chopped anything so I have no experience. From a grazing standpoint we have 6x more forage production than standard cornstalks. | |
