I think the gov limits box stores to 200k btu or less. Neighbor plumber put a 250k btu LP tankless in my house with his license he needed to buy it. Think it was around $2000-2500. You’d need 2 of them to get your flow rate, but they are only 120 degrees. To get flow and high heat will take some serious $$$$.
