Pigs on cornstalks absolutely must be wormed.   There is a lot of dirt in raked cornstalk bales.

I’ve even seen worms in confinement hogs that we blamed on dirt in the corn from harvesting badly root lodged corn. 

Wormer isn’t cheap but it cost a lot more to let them go unchecked
