Good Feet Store.  Almost a cripple then finally broke down and went to a Good Feet store.  Back to walking normally in a couple days. If I stand for a long time I get sore feet but other than that no problem.  Expensive.  But it is lifetime warranty.  You can go in anytime, get checked and get new inserts for free if you take your old inserts in.  I had tried several different insoles and went to a foot doctor who gave me insoles that you heated up to form them to your feet.  None of that worked at all.  I did also start wearing good quality walking shoes rather than boots.  I use New Balance but other brands will probably work as well.  Also wear slippers with the Good Feet insole in the house.  All helps.  Good Luck
