And no they won’t graze other grasses the pursaic acid formed in the plant attracts the cows taste buds=dead cows
A bit of info you might want to consider in the future Pearl millet doesn’t form pursaic acid after a frost so no risk
It also grows real well when you mix some forage soybeans with it
