The " HAUL  IN " was 1/4 mile for both. The 'LIMITED BUYERS' included homeowners who purchase mowers and small utility tractors.
As I said, their option to have personnel there. Not a requirement
Shakedown ? When the dealership was independently owned,they cared about the community, would help with any civic event,not even have to ask.
It was an embarrassment to tell folks why they weren't there, here everyone thinks Deere when they think tractor,dealership been here over 75 years, but was owned by locals until recently. They cared about their friends and neighbors.
