This is where a persons own “agency” comes into play.
I’m going to voice my concerns across a variety of social media platforms.
Although this sometimes seem like screaming into the void, staying silent never achieved anything.
I’m also contacting my senators. You should too.
“II’m a farmer in the Mississippi delta. Recently farming has become a struggle. With the continued rise of input prices thanks to tariff trade policies and the price of grains not keeping up and even going down, the current situation is untenable. Farmers are selling “home places” , refinancing old debt, and cutting back on living expenses. Although ai companies continue to accelerate, Main Street America is being left behind. This has become a far shift from the prosperous landscape we had only one president ago.
I write to you asking, what are you going to do to help agriculture in America become “great again”?””
