I inquired a few years ago to ship some breeding bulls. If I recall it is not that easy.
The big angus guys (peak dot and 6 mile) send a lot of bulls south at there sales. They would know. Can’t be that hard. Years ago you just needed a vet certificate to ship fats. Not sure now.
Would think breeding animals would need to go through some sort of quarantine like pets and horses and most other stuff require.
Buying Cows in Canada?
