56676 | Total hypothetical, just wondering, for the sake of discussion.
Say a little old farmer from Minnesota wanted to buy some open cows (let's say six cows) from SK and haul them home with their pickup/gooseneck themselves.
What would it take? Clean trailer going up, health certificate from Canadian vet, pay 35% tariff coming back into U.S.? EID or some kind of official ID?
