Virginia

Our Holland grill was a pain because any wind above a breeze would blow out the flame. I drilled out the gas jet a little and that has helped. The grill does work OK if you don't want to stand around with a fire hose. Like the guy selling stuff on TV says. Set it and forget it. It is way better than a microwave, but not as good as charcoal or wood.

Now for the serious outdoor cooking I built a smoker/grill combo. Move the racks down low to grill chicken or hamburgers. For smoking place a baffle down low and move the racks up. Dad had some 1/8 in. metal sheared to make feed boxes for the cows . Some of the sheets ended up making a "feed box" for me. The wheels are not rated for highway speeds.
